• Rates: $80-$145/night depending on the season
  (High season runs Memorial Day - Columbus Day Weekends)
• Discounts available for extended stays, seniors, active duty and retired military personnel
• Checks, cash, or money orders accepted as payment
• No credit cards accepted
• All rooms are subject to an 8% New York State Tax and a 2% Otsego County Occupancy Tax

Check-In / Check-Out times

• Check-In: 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (If arriving later than 8:00 p.m. special arrangements must be made.) If you would like to check-in prior to 3:00 p.m. please feel free to contact us on the day of your arrival to check the availability of your room.
• Check-Out: 11:00 a.m.

• Smoking is NOT permitted inside the building
• We can accommodate children 5 and older
• We are unable to accommodate pets
